RENT THE SHELTER
How to Rent
Contact Makayla Ricketts, Ways and Means (812) 499-2259. She can approve your date and then notify Saundra Hadley, Communications, to add your event to the boat club calendar and website.
MEMBERS
As a perk of being a boat club member, you may rent the Shelter at no additional cost. A Security/Cleaning Deposit of $50 is required. However, if the guidelines and cleanup are followed, the cash or check will be returned to you uncashed (please see the Rules). The check should be made out to French Island Marina Boat Club.
- Members renting must be in good standing with a current paid membership or have a Lifetime Membership.
- As a member, you can rent the shelter for your use or immediate family members, such as children, siblings, parents, or grandparents. We request that the member be present at the event.
- Extended family members or friends who are not members may rent the shelter at the cost listed below. We appreciate your understanding.
NON-MEMBERS
Rental fee:
- $100 – One night/day
- $50 – Any additional days prior to or following
A Security/Cleaning Deposit of $50 is required; however, the cash or check will be returned to you uncashed if the guidelines and cleanup are followed (please see the Rules). The check should be made out to French Island Marina Boat Club. Please pay your rental cost separately. Cancellation Policy : If you cancel your event, the rental fee will be refunded if you notify the Ways and Means Chairperson no later than 30 days before your event date.
