Chicken and Rib Competition

Details:

*All MEAT provided by FIMBC
*Teams can cook at their camps or in spots provided
*You will be judged on 1. Appearance 2. Taste and 3. Tenderness
*Any garnish is allowed in the box for appearance, you *provide
*Cookers will receive 1 slab of Ribs and 1 Chicken for competition
*Entry fee is FREE if you PRE-SELL …. please remember this is a FUNDRAISER.

Entry fee is $20 if you do not wish to PRE-SELL

Butts, Ribs and 1/2 Chickens can be pre-sold and will be provided.

1/2 chicken – $5
Ribs – $20
Butts – $20

1st Place in each category wins $25
